A Dog Was Caught Speeding In Slovakia

This is the kind of stuff you see in commercials or movies. Not police cameras. The apparent story is that the dog jumped on his owners lap who was driving but that story sucks and I don't know how a dog that big jumps perfectly into the drivers seat. So, the actual story we're going with is this dog was out for a joyride in Slovakia and got pulled over. No punishment was handed out and he lives to see another day.
